I need to use DS634RT5110 or DS22EV5110 component. I would like to know if it exists an extended operating temperature range for these components (on -40°C to 85°C; they are specified for 0°C to +70°C). Else, does it exist an "equivalent" component specified for this temperature range [-40°C ; +85°C] ?

    The DS34RT5110 and other parts in the same family were designed and characterized only for the 0-70C commercial temperature range.  We cannot guarantee operation of the device outside of this temperature range, nor have we designed any other comparable devices for an extended temperature range.
