The following issue was encountered during the installation of Texas Instruments SigCon Architect EVM GUI Set.exe (extracted from snlc054e.zip).
The customer has already installed NI's series of software, and the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine is also listed as installed in the NI Package Manager, yet this error persists.
Please follow up or help provide a configuration that enables the 4-channel feature, which supports 4 x 25G. Additionally, try to disable the 4-channel feature at the serdes level if possible.
