Hi,

We refer to the datasheet (SLVSFW5C – APRIL 2022 – REVISED NOVEMBER 2022 Pages 21, 22).

Is the dimensional information on this data sheet up to date? I would like the latest dimensional data information.

When I compared the dimensions with the Ultra Librarian library data, I noticed some discrepancies in the information.
Please provide the latest datasheet information (Version) for the ESD2CANxx24-Q1 Automotive 24-V, 2-Channel ESD Protection Diode Land Pattern.

Hi Takeshi,

Just to double check, are you asking for SOT-23 package (pages 24-25) or SOT-SC70 package (pages 21-22)? As a note, ESD2CAN24-Q1 comes in two different packages, can you confirm what package you are using from Ultra Librarian library data? (as long as I know the dimensions, I can let you know)

Hi Bryan,　

Thanks for your reply. I plan to use a 3-pin SOT23.
I referenced the ESD2CAN24DBZRQ from the Ultra Librarian library data.
There are three library data files, and they all seem identical.
Although we have the overall dimensional data, we cannot compare it with the TI recommended drawings,
so we would like to confirm the accuracy of the data.

I would appreciate any good advice.
