TCAN1473-Q1: Difference between TCAN1473DMTRQ1 and TCAN1473CDMTRQ1

Dear TI experts,

Could you check the difference between TCAN1473DMTRQ1 and TCAN1473CDMTRQ1?

I saw only (P)TCAN1473DMTRQ1 when it is in preproduction,

but now I can see only TCAN1473CDMTRQ1 in active state.

Please check this issue. Thanks.
