I am working on an aerospace application and we are considering the TI DS90LV019 device.

Our main concern is radiation (TID / SEE).
In the datasheet it is mentioned that Military/Aerospace specified devices may be available.

Could you please confirm:

If a military or aerospace-grade version of DS90LV019 is available
If any radiation test data (TID, SEE) exists for this device or a similar part
If specific screening or qualification flows are available for space use

If the DS90LV019-MIL is the relevant option, we would also appreciate clarification on its radiation robustness.

Hi Marion,

We unfortunately do not have any space grade LVDS transceivers like DS90LV019 available with radiation data. The closest we have would be 4-channels drivers like SN55LVTA4-SEP and 4-channel receivers like SN55LVRA4-SEP. If none of these devices fits your needs, I would recommending reaching out to your TI sales team with the business case and use case information, and we can look into developing something.
