    TI has a number of SDI cable drivers that will drive DVB-ASI at 270 Mbps:

    The LMH0001 (up to 540 Mbps); LMH0002 (up to 1485 Mbps); and the LMH0302, LMH0303, and LMH0307 (all up to 2970 Mbps) have 3.3V CML inputs which may be compatible with the PCML interface you mention.  TI's SDI cable driver inputs can also be AC coupled for flexible interfacing.

    These cable driver outputs are intended to be AC coupled to 75 ohm cable.  Most of TI's SDI cable drivers have one differential output driver, providing one true output and one complement output for driving cable.  The LMH0307 provides dual differential outputs, which allows two true cable driver outputs for ASI (since DVB-ASI is polarity sensitive and only the true output is used).
