    Hi Bogey,

    I am not sure what type of DS90CR485 you have but the ones we have in our office it has both DS90CR485 and DS90CR486. These two are compatible with one another and you should be able to use the same EVK PCB to check different functions. 

    If for some other reason you need to use DS90CR485 with DS90CR288, you can do this. But please keep in mind:

    1). You should turn off DC balance

    2). Be careful about your bit mapping since CR485 is DDR and bits could get moved on CD288.
