Hi there,

I am trying to find the maximum power consumption on the said device.

I suppose I take the sum of the status + dynamic power where the static power is small compared to the dynamic. 

Is the dynamic power simply [ICCRW (worst case @ f=112MHz)] *[ VCC max (3.6V.)]=  240mA*3.6V=0.86W ?

    Hi Titus,

    Yes, that is correct. The max power consumption is calculated at 112MHz using the worst-case data complexity (AAAAh / 5555h data pattern) with an 8pF loading on the outputs. So, P = ICCRW * VCC (max) = 240mA * 3.6V = 0.86W
