MLVDS output oscillating

I am using SN65MLVD047A drivers to drive MLVDS signals in the system. Here is what is happening. All signal inputs (4) of the IC are low, the outputs are enabled. The positive outputs are at the mid-voltage (about 1.5V), and produce a square waves of 200mV, 30MHz, about 20% duty cycle. The negative outputs are oscillating at 30MHz, with roughly triangle wave form, from 0 to 0.5V. I expect to see steady voltages. The power supply is very quiet, 3.3V. The outputs are currently not connected to anything, except traces of about 3 inches.

I have two ICs on the board, and all 8 diff. pair outputs exhibit the same behavior.

Any explanation?
