I would like to ask you the following questions.

My customer is operated three LEDs by discrete.

Therefore I want to propose the ULN2003LV for my customer.

Is it an optimal solution?

 

The value of Battery is 3 to 5.4V.

    Hidetoshi-san,

    The ULN2003LV can be used to drive 3 LED in a couple different ways.
    Do the 3 LED turn on/off independently or together?
    Is it important to get a constant LED current over the whole battery voltage range.
    What is the logic input voltage VOH (does it also with Vbatt)?
