Hi,

Our customer has some questions about power on sequence.

Please give your comment for questions below.

(1)If  the device has power on reset function, please let me know what the voltage is.

(2)Our customer would like to continue putting input clock regardless of having power supply or not.

    Under those conditions,how long does it take to trigger output signal from power supply steep rising?

    Toshiyuki-San,

    This device has internal Power On Reset(POR). The POR gets triggered at about 1.7V and we have about 24mS POR time. That is when the supply reaches 1.7V it takes us about 24mS for the reset operation before we go into normal operating mode.

    Thank you for your response.

    I apologize for not explaining our customer's purpose to use DS32EV100 

    DS32EV100 would be placed at the front of the Clock Jitter Cleaner device.

    The reason is that the Jitter Cleaner isn't able to be  input clock when there is no power.

    Meanwhile,the Jitter Cleaner is operated at 1.8V power supply and DS32EV100 at 3.3V power supply.

    In their power source start sequence,

    When a few milliseconds passes after the rised up 3.3V,1.8V would be rised up.

    If DS32EV100 POR time is longer than a few milliseconds at the worst case,

    The jitter Cleaner never be input clock befor 1.8V power up.

    I understood that it takes us about 24ms for the reset operation(POR) at the typical condition.

    Please let met know what minimum time is POR at the worst case.

    I appologize. This parameter is not chanracterized. Therefore i cannot give you a minimum worst case timing.
