Interface for programming SM320C6727B-EP via USB

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SM320C6727B-EP

Hi:

I want to build a board with the SM320C6727B-EP for an audio mixer. I am in the "diagram block design" stage and i'm facing the problem of the interface with the computer. I need to connect the board with the PC for programming the dsp with CCS6 via USB. Is there any document which explains how to do this? and what parts i need for it?

I need to connect the board and CCS to recognize it, so i assume that i'm going to need to build the drivers. But do i need a previous configuration for the DSP? or i just use an USB interface in the dsp's usb port, build drivers, and CCS recognizes it? And how do i build drivers for CCS to recognize my homemade board? is there any soft prepared for that?

As i wrote before, im designing the block diagram, but im trying to get deep in each stage so there are no great surprises later. This is the first time i have a DSP alone (just the part, with no EVM or board), so i have no idea how to connect it to PC. Any information is useful at this moment!

I MUST use that DSP, as it is the one that was provided to me by the university. And i need it to be the cheapest solution if that is possible.

Please, any help would be great..
