ISO7240CF datasheet shows the following graph[LIFE EXPECTANCY vs. WORKING VOLTAGE].

Is there same data for ISO7520C ?

My customer would like to know the value of working voltage(VIORM) at 10 years lifetime.

I'd like to confirm just in case.

Does the following graph from you include ISO7640FM?

It indicates "ISO74/75/76", so I believe it includes ISO7640FM.
