My customer try to use the DS100KR401 and the DS50PCI401.

He wants to get the HSPICE model of those devices.

Could you give me the HSPICE model?

Hi Naoki-san,

We have an HSPICE model for the DS50PCI401 and an IBIS-AMI model for the DS100KR401. However, in order to send it, we require an NDA with the customer.

Can you please provide us your e-mail address so we can set this up?

Hi Naoki-san,

We have always required an NDA in order to share models, since models may contain some proprietary IP. I will have our marketing manager contact you with the terms of the agreement with your customer.
