Hi Hirotaka-san,

We do not have S-parameters for the DS16EV5110, but we do have an H-Spice model. This will require that we set up an NDA with the customer. I will have our marketing contact get in touch with you to set up the NDA before distributing the H-Spice model.

We confirmed about NDA contract with our customer.
