Hi Itabi,

Basically TJ max is calculated from thermal model parameters and some real world temperature measurement.
Best parameter to use is PsiJt in conjunction with temperature measurement at the top of the device.

Tj=top of device temperature + max power * PsiJt

Customer's request is the absolute maximum rating like attached datasheet(TLK10031).

If you know the absolute maximum rating for Tjmax, please let me know.
