Hi Sheng,

There are several differences between the SN65LVDS32 and the SN65LVDS33. Just from the bullet list on page 1 of the datasheet I can a difference in common mode voltage range supports as well as datarate. Please take a close look at the datasheets and let me know if you have anymore questions?
