The DS16EV5110 is specifically designed for a 3-data + 1-clock application. Four channel redrivers are common at datarates from 1.5 - 10+ Gbps. Here are some examples.
1.5 Gbps - DS15BR400
2.5 Gbps - DS25BR400
4.0 Gbps - DS42BR400
10 Gbps - DS100BR410

Hi,
You are correct there is no internal mechanism to provide a "zero delay output". In addition to the DS16EV5110A all of the buffers mentioned do have a finite propagation delay. The relationship between clock and data is maintained from input to output due to the very low skew from one channel to the others.
