Hello

I would like to have Solution for converting Signal format from TTL(3.3V) to LVDS(1.8V).

SN65LVDS105 can convert TTL(3.3V) to LVDS(3.3V) only but its function is not included for LVDS Level translator.

This should meet TTL(3.3V) convert to LVDS(1.8V).

1. Frequency : 150MHz

2. Channel : Single Channel

If have any solution, Please let me know.

Hi,

The LVDS standard requires the LVDS output to establish and maintain an output common mode of approximately 1.2 volts. This centers the LVDS signal within the specified input common mode voltage range. This voltage is required of a LVDS output if it's VDD = 3.3V or 1.8V.

There are many LVCMOS to LVDS translation devices available in a single channel configuration. Here are two examples DS90LV011A and DS90LV017A.
