What is the voltage range (VID) for the differential input (RX± and CD±)?

The VDS (Diff. Squelch Threshold) indicates minus range. Why does it indicate minus range?

Does it indicate offset values? If so, what is the voltage for the base value?

Is my understanding correct?

For the AC specifications, the Differential Input and Output Reference Levels are 50% Point of the Differential. Does it mean 0V in the differential levels?
