     What is the maximum DC current rating for the TPD6F003 device?

    Hi Gandharva,

    The current is limited by the amount of heat the device can successfully dissipate.

    TJ = TCASE + (TJC * P)

    The maximum junction temperature (TJ) is 150ºC, listed in the datasheet. 

    For the pacckage, Tjc=85C/W , so the device can handle ~100mW per channel, assuming the case temp is around 85º.
