TRS3243E passing data rate at 15M cable

Hi Sirs,

Sorry to bother you.

We would need confirm that what is TRS3243E data rate when use in the 15m cable??
We saw min is 250k/ Typ is 500k.

So should be between this, right??

    It depends on how much capacitance is in the 15m cable. Not all cables are the same.

    For 2500pF cable, 250kbps will be a clean signal. It can go higher (data rate) but percentage of time slewing between low and high becomes greater than the time at VOH and VOL. This make the signal harder to decode at the receiver.
