Hello Hasebe-san,
The plot shows that the point A is at about 2.8V.
Since the safe operating area is based on a calculation from the thermal limit of the device, we don't have data to support short pulse duration stresses on the device.
It would be my recommendation to stay within the SOA curve regardless of the pulse duration.
