I have tested SN65LVDT14 and the result is below.

Can you let me know if these results are correct? If you give 3.3V to 5D I was expecting 5Y and 5Z to be 1.4V and 1.1V but it gives 3.3V and 0V.

I wanted to test SN65LVDT41, can you provide how the results should look for this?

Hi Chris,

Your results table above looks correct except for 5Y and 5Z as you stated.

The magnitude of VOD is expected to be between 247mV and 454mV. Can you confirm that you were measuring with a 100 ohm load?

Hi Ryan,

I tested the SN65LVDT14 and the 5Y and 5Z were not giving the correct voltage. Can you send 2 samples of SN65LVDT41? Also can you send a table with all the correct voltages for the SN65LVDT41.

Hi Chris,

The tables below are from pages 3 and 8 of the datasheet. Voltages above VIH (2V) will result in a high driver output, and voltages below VIL (0.8V) will result in a low driver output.

SImilarly, you can see from the receiver table, that VID > 100mV will result in a high receiver output, and VID < 100mV will result in a low receiver output.
