TMDS141: Voltage of LVDS output pin

Part Number: TMDS141

Hi,

Our customer has a question about TMDS141.
I'm posting the question for the customer:

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

We have measured the open circuit voltage of TX2,TX1,TX0,TXC,TX2n,TX1n,TX0n&TXCn pins on TMDS141.
(Vcc=3.3V, OE=High, RXx=Not Connected, TXx pins are not connected with other components. )

The voltage of any TXx pin is about 2.6V.

Why is this voltage generated?
Is it affected by  ESD protection or a parasitic diode?

I understand that the "TMDS Output Stage" has no voltage source by seeing the figure
in EQUIVALENT INPUT AND OUTPUT SCHEMATIC DIAGRAMS of the data sheet.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,
Takishin
