TIR1000: ECO ISSUE WITH TIR1000

Dear Sir,

Our customer using Texas instruments IC TIR1000 for IrDA communication process .

 Issue :

Receiving same transmitted (echo) data at transmission time.

Please can you suggest how can we solve it on priority.

IRDA Part from Vishay , p.no : TFDU4101.

    Hi,

     

    I am trying to understand what you are trying to do. Are you trying to force the echo to stop? Because this is feature of the Vishay part.  I do not think you can stop the transmitter from doing this.

    Or do you want to devise some sort of enable/disable scheme?
