Is the 10 pin USB Mini B connectors found in cameras a standard connector?

Hi,

I noticed that the peripherals for a few action cameras come with 10pin mini USB B connector. The lower 5 pins for USB and the upper 5 pins for audio/video in/out. Is there some standardization as per USB IF or just a custom connector built by the camera manufacturers?
