Hello,

We are currently using the TPD1E05U06-Q1, and need to change to a bidirectional device. Do you have a similar component to the TPD1E05U06-Q1 that is bidirectional and has low parasitic capacitance (less than 5pF)?

What interface is this device for?

We have the TPD4E02B04-Q1 that is a 4 channel automotive device that could fit. The single channel low cap devices automotive qualified are in our roadmap.

If you do not need auto qualified the TPD1E0B04 and TPD1E01B04 are similar in bidirectional.

We'll be using the device for Ethernet, but the part does not have to say "Ethernet" as long as the parasitic capacitance is low enough and the device is compatible.

We do need the device to be automotive qualified at AEC-Q100. We would prefer not to use a 4 channel, is there by chance a 2 channel that is automotive qualified? Or maybe an older part that is 1 or 2 channel that is slightly different but still qualified?

Would the TPD2E2U06-Q1 work? It has 1.5pF cap and is auto qualified. It would just matter how fast your ethernet signal speed is running if the insertion loss would be too high.
Also it is in an SOT-23 package.

It looks like that part is still Uni-Directional, we would need Bi-Directional.

You are correct I apologize for the oversight. We do not currently have a 1 or 2 channel solution with low cap. It is on our roadmap and I will update you when we have them
