DP83848H: Voltage or current mode line driver

Team,

The DP83822 datasheet states that this part is a current mode line driver.

Are DP83848 and DP83867 also current mode drivers or voltage mode?

    Hi FRAM,

    The DP83822 is current mode line driver.

    The DP83848 is current mode line driver.

    The DP83867 is voltage mode line driver.

    The differences being the current mode LD's need an external termination/bias network and the voltage mode does not. Please see the EVMs for each device as a reference for the external network needed.
