TS3USB31E: Can connect HSD± signals to USB port instead D± ?

Hi TI Folks,

  Good day to you.

  We understand the USB connector should be connected to D± pins of TS3USB31E,  (refer to TS3USB31E datasheet page No.13)

  My question is: Can we connect the USB connector to HSD± of TS3USB31E?  then the TS3USB31E's D± pins connect to Base band Processor or FS USB controller.
