VDiff: 150mV – 800mV
Pulse width: 0.7ns – 3ns
Trise/Tfall: 20ps – 500ps

The DS250DF810 has differential CML inputs and outputs with integrated AC coupling. The TI application note per the link below provides some guidance on interfacing AC coupled CML to LVDS.
