TPS2513: TPS2513: It is not fast charging, only 1.25 A

Hi everyone, I have a problem with TPS2513, in the project I design, I use a 10W aplication. I looked at all the datasheet, and I did everything by the instructions.
When I test PCBs and connect different phones, the highest current I get is 1.25A, but according to the datasheet I should get 2A.
I need help !!

Hi User5179121,

What phones are you connecting to? Charging current will vary by phone and also by the battery level. If a phone is almost 100% charged then it will draw less current. Basically, the device connected to the charging port decides how much current it will draw.

I plugged a variety of cell phones with various percentages of the battery and I always had the same current at the outlet...

Hi User5179121,

Have you tested the TPS2513 port at 2A?

There may be something else in the system limiting the current to 1.25A as well.
