The HD3SS3411RWAEVM user manual indicates that the high-speed signal connectors used are "SMP" (no manufacturer or part number is indicated).
Please outline a suggested adapter that could be used to allow SMA cables to be connected to the PCB, and/or an SMP-to-SMA adapter cable that might be usable.
An issue here is that several types of "SMP" connectors exist, as seen for example on the Digikey website.
