TPD4S012: Pin 1 identifier shape/dimension

Hello support team,

My customer needs to know the dimension of pin 1 of the TPD4S012DRYR.

The datasheet mentioned “Pin 1 Identifier, Pin shape will be modified per device”, but there is no detailed information for actual shape/dimension of the pin 1.

Could you please give me those information?

Kaizawa-san,

The next page shows the landing pattern that the customer should have for the layout. The pad should be the same even though pin 1 is not exactly a rectangle.

Thank you for the answer. I understood that the pin 1 is not a rectancgle but its X-Y demension is same as the other pins. Also, the figure in the pin configurations at page 3 of the datasheet is only image.

Kaizawa-san,

I meant the page after the one that you took a picture of.

The footprint is the same even though pin 1 is differently shaped.
