LMH0395: any suggestion for the circuit LMH0395 and Lmh0307 with teisted pair!!!

Hi,every.

I designed a circuit with LMH0307 and LMH0395 to diver and  equalize 200Mbps data with the 100M CT6 twisted pair.

however,the circuit does not work well.

DO you have any suggestions for me. I am very grateful.

    Hi Andoon,

    1). Please note LMH0307 is a 3.3V cable driver so we should use 3.3V for R31, R32, R35, and R36. 

    2). Please take out return loss network(5.6nH, 24.9-ohm, L1, L2, R15, & R16).

    3). Please take a look at DS30EA101 and DS30BA101 devices for this application.
