Unfortunately, I had already checked in Spicerack - I don't know why 'they' need to publish only an IBIS model (which doesn't work in Multisim or most other simulators besides your own.

I'm currently searching other manufacturers.

Unfortunately, most of these devices will only have an IBIS model at this time. I have informed the product team of you needs.

Hi Brad,

I agree with your general sentiment, and we are working towards better handling SPICE model coverage for interface products. For a near-term solution, though, I'd recommend looking into the models of our SN65C1167E/SN65C1168E. Those device have similar electrical characteristics to UA9637/UA9638.
