TPS2543: Current Drop at reular intervals when mobile is connected

What mode is the TPS2543 currently in? Would you be able to send scope shots of the failures occurring so I can try to replicate the issue?

TPS2543 is in CDP Mode. 

Following obervation:

1. When connected to Battery bank, it charges properly.

2. When Connected to Mobile-1 the 5V current switches (i.e for 5 sec it shows 0.47A, and after that for 1 sec it shows 0.01A)

3. Another Mobile I tried, has stopped charging from other sources as well.

4. Mobile 3 I tried, charged well. (though I tested it only for 1/2 min)

Would you be able to take scope shots of these issues occurring? If possible, would you be able to capture the following pins during the above conditions?
- VBUS (pin12)
- DM_IN (pin 11)
- DP_IN (pin 10)
- I_OUT (from VBUS)

I'm wanting to see the acknowledgements from D+ and D-, the drop in VBUS, as well as the amount of current being sourced to the portable devices
