Our customer requested us below information because these are not described in the datasheet.

junction temperature Tj (max), operating and absolute max condition

thermal resistance, theta jc (jnction to case)

thermal resistance, theta ja (junction to ambient)

Could you provide them ?

Apologies for the delay. Below you will see the provided thermal information. Tj will have to be calculated using Psi JT and the instructions from the note from the included link.

junction temperature Tj (max), operating and absolute max condition
- Psi JT = 5.7

thermal resistance, theta jc (junction to case)
-Theta JC, top = 47.7

thermal resistance, theta ja (junction to ambient)
-Theta JA-High K = 108.1
