Section 8.3.6 of the data sheet [Input Clock Requirements] says to "Tie XI to the 1.8-V clock source". The IC power requirements are for 1.2V (Core) and 3.3V (I/O) but 1.8V is out of bounds for both these rails. I'm planning on using an external oscillator but can not find the recommended voltage levels (or maximum, miimum) requirements for XI. Please advise.
