Please refer to 387A D/S, the total data throughput is up to 5.7Gbps which can meet 1920x1080@60fps data bandwidth request, but you should check the device interfaced with C387a, are they matched when connecting together as 387A provides dual pixel data input (RGB 48pins) and 8 channel LVDS output plus 2 clock lanes.


The DS90C387A/DS90CF388A transmitter/receiver pair is
designed to support dual pixel data transmission between
Host and Flat Panel Display up to QXGA resolutions. The
transmitter converts 48 bits (Dual Pixel 24-bit color) of
CMOS/TTL data and 3 control bits into 8 LVDS (Low Voltage
Differential Signalling) data streams. At a maximum dual
pixel rate of 112MHz, LVDS data line speed is 784Mbps,
providing a total throughput of 5.7Gbps (714 Megabytes per
second).

Thanks for your reply.

We Used TFP401A with DS90C387A and attached is the Schematic for your reference. 

As you said it support 1920x1080 @ 60Hzs  the clock rate at this resolution will  be 124.41Mhzs but DS90C387A supports only 112Mhzs how it is possible?

When i drive this Screen with above solution we are able to see some hosts on top edge of screen.

You should check the I/f between processor and DS90C387a, does it use the dual pixel mode? if yes, it can support the 1920x1080@60hz mode due to dual RGB888 and 8pairs of LVDS output. if you just use single pixel mode, as you mentioned, the pixel clock is only 112M, which can't support 1920x1080@60fps.
