But the package I am using for the LVDS drivers and receivers is D (SOIC).

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value): 79
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value): 36.1
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value): 37.5
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value): 5.9
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value): 37.1

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value): 80.4
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value): 39.3
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value): 38.5
