TPS25740: TPS25740 issue for PCP

PCP will build a board for DP,USB Switch. TPS25740 is for the PD function. They also use TPS25740 to control TUSB1046 to switch DP and USB3.1

As TUSB1046A has 3 input signal control for the output set , BUT TPS25740 has only 2 channel  control ports.

Could you pls help to confirm if we have 3-channel control ports device?  Or do you have any suggestion?

    Hi Zhen,

    Unfortunately, The two control pins CTL1 and CTL2 of TPS25740 cannot be used to control TUSB1046, becuase the control pins of TUSB1046 are enable/flip/multi-function pins which are different from the control pins of TPS25740. 

    We would recommend using TPS65987D if DP and high power are needed at the same time.

    The control pins of TPS25740 are used to control buck feedback voltage divider to get different output voltage as shown in the following pictures:
