SN75ALS1177: the max guarantee temperature

Hi,

Do we have any information that the max guarantee temperature SN75ALS1177 can be tolerated?

The datasheet shows TA max is 70C as recommended operating conditions.

    Hideyuki-san,

    Can you elaborate what max guaranteed temperature you referred to? The device's spec can only be guaranteed if the ambient temperature doesn't exceed 70c. In this sense, you can consider it as the max temperature. Please let me know if you have more questions.

    Thank you for your feedback.
    Regarding the max guaranteed temperature, there were no exact description on max guarantee temperature. Customer is asking us how much temperature device can be tolerated with guarantee.
    Customer has a quality issue and asking this. I will talk with customer 70c is guaranteed as described in the datasheet.
