I want to develop an extender using dp83849i. I bought the subject reference board and made my board using files provided in tido reference design.
My board do not ping. On auto negotiate it does not sync the ports. On forced mode it syncs both ports but no communication. All the control register values are same as reference board values. All straps are same. All inputs are same. Changed many chips but same result.
When I go in internal loopback mode and start bist the PHY register is (request time out) on read.
Please guide where I m wrong.
