Hi Sir,

If I use TVS1400 at a power input. Then having a over voltage test like 22V power input for an hour.

Will the device burn down?

Hello,

Yes more than likely. The TVS1400 is not for DC applications it is for transient events. Theoretically if you have an extremely low current source then it could survive but at 22V the TVS1400 is in highly conductive mode and will take as much current as possible.
