MAX3221-EP: Input Capacitance

Annie,
We do not have a value specified in the datasheet.
However, there is an IBIS model of the multi-channel device that can be used as reference for the input capacitance.

The model is located here: www.ti.com/.../sllm022

You can reference the parameter c_comp for the pin type you are interested in.
This value can be added to the package pin capacitance as well.

For example looking at pin DIN1 on Pin 14
It has model MAX3243D_IN
This model has a C_comp range of 0.88pF to 1.37pF with 1.19pF typical.

Pin 14 has a capacitance of 5.64E-13.

This would result in an estimated capacitance for this pin to be (typ) of 1.19pF + 0.564pF = 1.754pF.
This range should be very close for the single channel MAX3221 as well.
