When /EN pin is Low, how much is current consumption reduced?

I'm considering to keep /EN High if it is little.

Kuramochi-san,

/EN controls the receiver only. When it's high, the receiver is disabled; when it's low, the receiver is ON. The power consumption of the receiver is very little.
