TLK10002: TLK10002_EVM USB driver not recognized

Hi,

I purchased the TLK10002EVM board and the computer has problem to recognize the USB device driver after I installed the GUI software successfully. Please share your experience in resolving this USB driver issue.

Dennis,

Are you using a Win 10 OS? If so try using a Win 7 OS and see if the issue comes up. We have seen issues with Windows 10 and other USB drivers and I want to make sure this is not the issue.
