TUSB546EVM: U6 TPS65982 failed on EVM

Hi,

I purchased a TUSB546EVM through Digikey in March this year. The EVM no longer works. It seems that U6 has failed as it becomes very hot as soon as USB type-B is connected. There is also visible damage on the top surface of U6.

Is it possible to get a replacement?
