TUSB544: DP without AUX can work but can't gain Voltage for traffic

Dear Expert

Customer had use TUSB544, for now USB3.1 and DP can work.

But it is strange that USB3.1 can turning EQ and VOD to gain voltage, but DP signal can't gain voltage.

For now customer's DP eye diagram can't pass, so they are urgent for this.

Please help if there are any limit setting for VOD gain output.
